RELIEF
Removal proceedings is a complex area of immigration law that you do not want to handle on your own. There are several forms of relief that may be available to you, including Asylum, Adjustment of Status, TPS, DACA, U visa, and more, and other forms of relief which are only available in removal proceedings, including Cancellation of Removal (Non-LPR and LPR) and Voluntary Departure. Even if you have already been issued a removal order, we may be able to help by filing a Motion to Reopen, an appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals, or a Stay of Removal.
